Masterchange?

Now, I've heard that "a lot of" you members think that I take my position as the master too seriously or let's say the master position is going to my head. I'm quite surprised coz noone came to me to tell me personally that he/she has a problem with me or me being the master. And I never heard a reason why.

My view r sth like that: TELL ME what Im doing wrong IF Im doing something wrong -.- Until now I don't remember having done sth all by my own without asking you except one case. I always ask the members when having to play a testmatch or discussing a member's application. Im always trying to keep up a good atmosphere in the club nd trying to be friendly to everyone. To those whom I dont know well Im at least neutral. Im letting the club members choose their submasters in the forum, so now Im really curious what is wrong with me in your opinion? If you're not satisfied with me in my position, I dont mind giving the master title to Willy (Flashlady), the current submaster. Write here, PM me or contact me in Skype, Id appreciate your honesty.

you are the best master that I had, otherwise leave much of conscience.
I expected to come back when you were on vacation, I have nothing to Yose, but wanted a Levi! for me you're are very lenient and democratic. You're OK!
